It seems that the calculation of validated cost in the project is not updated if the validated cost of the activity is set to 0.
It works for other value. Is that normal?
Attached an image of an activity (cost 0 euro ) linked to a project (cost 1 euro, previous value set to the activity).

It may be normal depending on global parameter "consolidate validated work & cost"
If set to "only if set", zero value is not consolidated.
If you need to consolidate zero, change parameter to "always"
