I find the functionality "Mail model" fine to personalize mail send on some modifications (ticket for exemple).
Is it possible to have not only texte but an url which redirect automatically on a specific screen on ProjeQtor ?

As explained on user manual, you can use :
${url} : url to get the direct link to the item
${goto} : display Class and Id of item, clickable to have direct link to the item

Go to screen "Email template" (where you define the template)
Hit F12 :you're at the right place
I tried but F12 lauch always a particular screen on my browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome) : a screen which help me to debug the code of the page where I am
Is there anther solution ? keywords for example ? I tried with "mail template", "template", "mail" but I don't find 🙁
