it's not possible to send an email to the Project's ressources ? (in case of project's modification)
I have seen it work with activitie's ressources.

It works for resources assigned to activities.
Notification to all resources affected to a projets seems strange.
Very few resources are aware of changes on the project itself.
I really don't think it is a good idea to large spread information on project change.

possible workaround:
1. Create an extra Activity and assign all your users you would like to provide with your project related information.
2. Use the instant mail button of this activity and mark "assigned resource" and add your message to be sent.
My experience says, all global project related information should be published in a team meeting, rather then in an electronic way. Hence I agree with Babynus.

Thanks for this tips.
To understand my request you should know that I use for projeqtor also follow legal procedures related to projects. And therefore all ressources of the project are interested in this calendar. Hence the idea to email them to prevent an evolution of projects. (technical or purely procedure)
