Hello, Is there any way to set "fixed planning" check box as marked by default when creating a new project?

Aboslutely not.
And it is not planned at all ,and it seems really incongruous to fix plannign for new project (that has never been planned)
Possibly we could imagin to set "under construction" as check on creation, but not "fix planning".
