noob question I guess, but so far I cannot see when a project is delayed in planning view :blush: .
Do progress bar can switch from green to red when end date has passed ? (green before end date and red after)
So I can see right away how many days I underestimated ???

Yes : define target end date in Validated end date. If planned end date passes over Validated end date, task is red.

Define validated cost. Then margin will indicate difference between validated and reassessed work. Negative margin is underestimated work, and so displayed in red.
