I've just deploy new version 3.4.4, but I cannot find simple ticket in Work.
How do we enable it?

By default, simple ticket is enables only for guests.
To give access to other profiles, you must define access rights in menu "Parameters" => "Access rights" => "Access to forms"

It is clear : without any smtp host defined, you won't be able to send a mail.
