Hi,
We give access to Simple Ticket and Ticket to a specific group of users.
After they create a ticket and this ticket done and shipped ("Livré" with french translation) this ticket cannot be closed in Simple Ticket view.
When they use classic Ticket view, same ticket can be closed or canceled.
Can you reproduce this issue ?

Yes it can be reproduced, as it is designed this way : cannot change status on simple ticket.
Ok, thanks for your answer.
So we have to change our settings and give access to classic ticket view for all users.
On the other hand, could you add a such mecanism (closing system for simple ticket) to your nice to have list ? This would benefit for this module.
