Is it possible to establish actions plans and follow it ?
In actions Plans (for one project) we must identify : Action, Owner, Openned Date, Planned date, Level of Risk, Contributors, Deliverables, Status (on track, % progress, Late, resons of late, tracker,.....). And we must send alarm when % Progress is in 50%, 75% 125% of the End Date planned (with managing distribution list in all step for escalation multiple level. for example at 75% alarm to the owner and N+1, 100% alarm to the owner and N+1 - N+2, .....)) .
This is a method to follow projet and to have a tracker for severals actions plan in the same project.
We must have reports associated for management/customer (graph and detail).

Of course, you can follow up action plan with most of detail level you expect, execept for :
- Risk Level : this will be in a Risk item, not in the action.
- Deliverables management will be introduces in V6.1, but you can already link Actionto a Milestone or to a Document.
To send alarm on progress completion, you can use Emails on Status change for instance, but not of the "end date".
I don't understand being at 50% from end date, as you'd need start date. But you can send alerts a given number of days before end date.
