Hi,
In a ticket we can found "reference". It's built concatenating Project code and Type of ticket code (depending global parameters : {PROJ}-{TYPE}-).
Or this reference is calculated on creation of elements, and many times it's not updated with project updates. References are fixed when I use copy of element too.
Have you planned to solve these anomalies ?

Sorry, I just find a global parameter allowing the change of reference when project or type is modifed (and saved).
