Hello,
To use automatic import, the files must be placed in the directory provided in the automation tab.
However, how are the types of objects used identified? In the file name?
What naming rule should be used?

Name of files should be CLASS_TIMESTAMP.csv
CLASS is the class name of the object
TIMESTAMP will be used to sort files to be sure to import then in correct order.
Examples :
TICKET_20230625124500.csv
ACTIVITY_20230625124600.csv
