Hi all,
(using Projeqtor v5.1.5)
I want Team Member users to be able to verify that all days, within a month, has been allocated.
For this purpose, I created a team for each user.
1 user is in one team; The team contains only the user.
Using reports, planning and monthly projet activity ressource, each user can produce a report directly on the screen when specifying
Project : empty
team : His team
Year : the current year
Month : The current month
But when doing that, the user see on the report all the projects that he has allocated time on, except Administrative projects.
With my Administrator profile, when I do the same thing, trying to generate the same report for the user, I can see all the real work allocated, even on Admin projects.
Can someone help me understand why I have these differences between me and the other users, who have Team Member profile

IT should be because your admin profile is affected to these projects and not other users.
In my understanding of the tool,all the defined users are affected automatically to administrative projects and the related activities.
They are able to allocate work on these projects / activities.
When I look to the project (which is Vacation project).
This project has one activity.
All the users have been automatically affected by Projeqtor itself to the activity.
None of the users, except me, is affected to the Project.
Why can't they see these Administrative project / activities in the report ?

NO.
All users see activities of administrative projets without having to be affected to them.

NO, ProjeQtOr has assigned users to the activities, but no affectation has been created (to the project).
Why can't they see these Administrative project
Because they are not affected to the project...
They cannot "manage" the project.
