Hi,
Are there simple rules to follow (like keywords to insert in the core or the subject of the email) to make an email create a Note to a ticket or a project?
I know that if I answer to an email sent by ProjeQtOr then the email will create a note.
My question is about an email from draft.

No, an email from draft won't be able to insert note.
We use hidden fields in the origin email to identify source to know on which item we must insert the note
