[#2675]

One question more, my team is working on "real projects" and "run projects" (activities from day to day), so if I want to plan some projects and my "run projects", what is your recommendation to plan it on ProjeQtOr? because "run projects" is a task that is cyclic but I don't know how to add it on ProjeQtOr (which planning uses ... etc)

Use the "regular between dates" planning mode. It's done for this.
You define start and end dates (for instance 01/01 => 31/12) and assign resource with expected work for the period. Planning will reserve work, reguliarly.
You can also opt for "in half days" or "in full days" if you don't work to book 0,1 day par day.

Ok, I'm trying to use "regular between dates" planning mode and it is worked for plan but what do you fill in "assign work" if the task is planned for 1 year and I have more than 1 ressource assign to this task?

Exactly what you expect.
If you expect 3 resources will work half time on the task, you can assign 110 days (half a year) to each resource on same task.

Ok, so if I have 7 people with each person is working 35% per day on this cyclic task, the formule is:

365 * 0.35 /7 = 18.25 days

(total time * rate assign to the project) / number of ressource, is it correct?

no !
First a year is not 365 days (in a workly basis) but about 220 (must exclude week-ends, off days, holidays).

Then if eauc is 35% on the task, then each has 220 * 0.35 = 77 days on the task
And total assigned work on the task is 77 * 7 = 537 days.
(this is not Prject Management, just arythmetics)

Ok for 220 days, it was just an example but you are right.

For arythmetics, you are "double" right, but I prefer to be sure that's why I'm asking

One month later, one person is added to this team, I need to change the charge for person on the team, is it right?

All depends ...
Do you add one resource because task is more important that planned : the new resource is in addition,
or do you add resource so that other resources are less busy on this task (to do other things), then yes you must change left work on each resource.
