Seems I found functionality of TAGs which was not available normally.
I added custome field to the document with name tags and db field 'tag' and new filed with special functionality was added.
Can you tell me more what is orginal purpose of this functionality ?

This was designed for Documents.
Be able to pout some tags and search documents from tags, with quick filter or advanced filter.
As you discovered, the system is designed to be generic, and can be extended to any object.
