Is it possible to mask some ticket type to certain profiles in ticket screen (for selection) ?
Yes.
On profile screen, use the "restrict type" button to restrict for any type on any object class
(on the restrict type selection, if none is checked all are displayed, if somle are checked only thoose ones are displayed)
By default, this selection will only forbid users with this profile to enter tickets (or else) with other types.
The will still see tickets with other types, but this can be changed with global parameter "restriction on types by profile hides items"
