Hi,
We are using Projeqtor V10.0.3.
In the workflow of tickets, we send automatically e-mail for some steps.Receiver car answer to this e-mail. It creates a note in the ticket.
For the last workflow’s step (status « fait »), which is a terminal state, Projeqtor sends an e-mail. However, in this case, if the receiver answers there is no note in the ticket.

Is the behaviour link to the fact that the status “fait” is a terminal one ? Should I expect the same behaviour for all terminal status ?
Can you also confirm that a person cannot re-open a ticket when answering to the e-mail ?

 Thanks for your help.
Best regards

We are using Projeqtor V10.0.3.

Bad luck, we only support last stable version on the free support.
Consider migrating to latest stable release or subscribe to professionnal support (contact us through contact form if you .are interested)

Last stable is V10.4.4 😉

To answer the first question, no there is no restriction to add notes on ticket "Done".
Only Closed tickets are locked.

Yes, only creation and adding note is possible through emails, no other action.
