Or a more generic question, does ProjeQtOr support the waterf model?

ProjeQtOr can be adapted to any model.
But as being dedicated to none, you'll probly have to adapt configuration to fit model.
ProjeQtOr can be easily used in waterfall model (MERISE or else).
It is it's favorite playground.
But ProjeQtOr can also be used for agile (each agile sprint can be seen as waterfall with very short period)
