I come to you for a question about the functioning of FTE.
For the moment we have resources that serve us TEAM, this one is assigned to teams, in these teams are put the members of the TEAM.
Each TEAM has a FTE that allows us to impute.
TEAM loads after assigning an actual resource (1 person) and this releases a TEAM FTE.
Except that as the TEAM earns a FTE it becomes available again, but not because the resource belongs to the TEAM.
How can TEAM not be available once these resources are affected?
