As decribed previously, update /projeqtor/files/config/parameters.php
and change

$logLevel="2";

to 

$logLevel="3";

OK, so issue seems to occur sooner that I expected.
Here is another patch with some traces on another file.
Thanks to deploy it, test and post projeqtor log file.

Very Strange.
Logs seem to tell your database is not empty :silly:

Here is another patch with some extra log to try and understand

Your database is not empty.
Try and delete all tables in the database.

Yes, all tables in projeqtor database.
On first install database should be empty.

PorjeQtOr need to write in parameters.php, and this file is readonly...

have all r/w during install process to avoid this.

chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/preojeqtor

you'll reverse to 755 when all is OK.

NB : some tables may have been created, drop all again before retry.

Hi
I'm trying to install projeqtor in an machine with windows server 2008 x64, but always I have the message of "Upgrade in progress" and when I try to login with admin/admin I have the message "Invalid login parameters". I tried to change the attributes of folder of projeqtor but I have the problem yet. If you can help me please with some tip or suggestion I'd appreciate it very much.

In most cases, errors on first connection are due to incorrect LDAP pârameters.
Try and remove all LDAP parameters in parameters.php and test again.

Thanks for your soon answer, I don't know if it's possible that the decrypting function don't work fine, because I find that the program make an AES 256 encryptation and the IIS only work with 128.

Hi,
I think you can change encryption up to 256 on IIS.

But your post pushed me to investigate on the subject, and possibly we'll move back to 128 bits AES encryption on next version as encryption with keys over 128 bits is illegal on some countries, and require declaration to govenment for others.
I don't thing this is major issue as we only encrypt login and password during login phase, not all data, but maybe we'll move to 128 bit to avoid abiguity for concerned counties, and 128 bits is quite good enough just to protect password (moreover if you run ProjeQtOr over https/SSL)

Hi
I found the problem, the issue is because in the User Account in Mysql I had a lot of users but I don't know why, I removed ones and I leaved only root user in localhost without password and all privileges and Projeqtor works!!!!!!
