[#1163]

I made upgrade from v2.6.3 to v3.2.2:
1. I stoped apache2 web srv
2. unziped projectorriav322 to /var/www
3. start apache2

The message occured: SQLSTATE Access denied
4. I changed sql pswd and DbName

"Invalid logon parameters" occured.

After creating new Db (with new name) logon success, but all data (projects, etc) was lost. We are stil in testing phase, so there was no demage, but ...
Is there any possibility to return our testing data?
We are trying to implement project sw, and there are two other candidates: MS Project and .Project (driven by my colleges).
I even start to translate lang.js to croatian (finished 200+ lines).

1. I stoped apache2 web srv

This is no real need.

2. unziped projectorriav322 to /var/www

If you unzip to a new folder, you'll get a new setup.
Upograde process is to unzip to overwrite existing one.

4. I changed sql pswd and DbName

With new db name, you get brand new data.

Is there any possibility to return our testing data?

Just retrieve your previous db parameters (in the parameters.php file, located as defined in /tool/parametersLocation.php). The database will be upgraded to new version. (although is should not be necessary, make a backup of your database before, it is always a good advise).

MS Project and .Project

To my opinion, MS-Project is the best ... for planning pirpose only. It is very weak on all other functionalities.

I even start to translate lang.js to croatian (finished 200+ lines).

Great !!!
Don't hesitate to send it to me to have it inlcuded in further version !
NB : you'd better work with lang.xls rather than lang.js.
lang.xls includes a macro to automatically generate .js files (for all languages)
