Hi.
Is there a way to limit the connection time of a user per session? . For example a user is allowed to be connected 1 hour per session or per day

No, there is no such configuration.
You must play with Apache or PHP session configuration.
For instance, you can specify session.cookie_lifetime in php.ini.
