Why, when I add or remove task in a project, "validated work" is not recalculated in parent task and in project?
Is it normal or is it a bug?

Normal or not, it is designed this way.
In fact, in general when you start a project you have the validated work for the global project or possibly for the main phases.
Then you decline it into sub-tasks, but don't dispath the validated work.
So to preserve the top value, which is the only good one, automatic update is not done from bottom to top.
An evolution is planned to propose a parameter to go agains this and have automatic update (Ticket #486)
