Strange as it is not systematic : not reprodiced on demo or other dev environments.
Could you check if you have some filter names with "special" cars (quotes, double quotes, non ascii cars).
Please report hare you finding.
I tried to reproduce without success.
Could you please post here all the filter names defined for these items ?
Or possibly reproduce on Demo ?

Maybe it was just a browser cache issue.
