On Planning view, when mouse is over the activity panel (on the left side), the scroll doesn't work (as it's the case when we're onthe rigth side : gantt chart panel).
It will be fine to be able to scroll over the right side

This issue only appears on Firefox.
Working fine on Chrome and IE.
I don't know how to fix issue.
It seems that FF does not take wheelmouse into account if div has no scrollbar.
If anyone has hint, please share.
