Why not have a plus button to add an attendees to the meeting from the resources rather then do it manually with possible misspelling, etc.?

This fields tries to reproduce behavior of some standard webmail "To:" field.
You may enter name of resource, or name of user or name of contact.
When saving, if name is known, it is surrounded by double quotes and if it has an email, it is included.
You can also enter a valid email address or just a name for attendees not known in the tool.
So, a button could be helpful to find names in the tool, but could not replace direct input.
