Hy,
I set a simple workflow: initialized - Assigned - in progress - done - closed. First observation: users often forget to manage the workflow.
Is it possible to automate some transitions? For example, the transition from 'assigned' to 'in progress' would be automatic from the moment a charge is made on the activity.
