Sometimes when I change parameters of on activity, I don't want to update the whole plan, but only on the activity.
Is it possible to add a checkbox or something to limit plan calculation to 1 activity ? Or an option to lock plan by activity (like the box to lock it on project) ?

No it has no sense to plan only one activity, as it will surely have many impacts on other activities opf the project :
- dependencies will move following activities
- availability of resourses used on other activities will probably postpone work
