Just one point : you’ll have to reinitialize your password. Use “Lost password” feature.
Commonly, the description field will contain information about the tickets and so forth, and there is no nice way to format this, you cannot tab and so forth.
Having the description fields using this field type would be fantastic for the product.

Dojo editor will be one of the studied target, but not only.
TinyMCE is a good candidate also.

TinyMCE is also good, and what we use for our products but maybe over-complicated for the product and would take up a lot of UI space depending on how many features were enabled.
