We need to assign cost to meeting. Is it possible make a link beetween meeting and activities?

What is the exact need ?
If it is just to track time spend on meeting, you can create one activity.
If you want to plan time to spend on meetings, you can just define the activity with rebular planning (in 1/2 days for instance) between 2 dates and affect corresponding workload.
If you want to manage one activity per meeting, why not simply name the activity like the meeting ?
What is the exact need to define a link ?
