Module management workload consolidated
objectives:
1) would provide a consolidated view of the load of all employees per project period.
This could be displayed on the page that appears when the connection to allow the project manager to know in advance of any surcharges.
benefits:
- Anticipate the use of appropriate building teams, recruitment or subcontracting.
- Optimize the workload forecast
2) ability to export the result to pdf, csv (Excel) and / or displayed on the screen.
benefits:
- Send these documents (plans exports of charges) for stakeholders to make decisions.
- Save / Archive exports plans charges for key periods (milestones)
Such view exists in reports.
You'll find such view in the Reports section, on Planning category.
If none fits your need please explain exactly what would be needed.
