Hi,

    1) Copy of activity: Allow copying a parent activity with "child activities" and milestones
    2) reports (Ex: Work> Work synthesis per activity). Can choose to see or not activities closed.
    3) When a new activity is entered with a view schedule (only during duplication), do not return to the activity view. To stay on schedule view.
    4) Allow entering decimal data with a "." or "," transparently in Real Work Allocation view .
    5) Restrict the calculation plannif activities project leaders but authorize them to see the schedule view.
    6) in the base of action, add the notion of efficiency in the closing of the action (closed effective / not effective closed) to be compliant to EN9100
    7) Allow to configure entry charges 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks in Real Work Allocation view .
8 ) Allow to use scroll view in the schedule to move up or down the list of activities.

  • Error/Bug
    1) Management Planning: If multiple activities of the same priority no Planning?
    2) Filter project does not work with the list of activities for the Real Work Allocation view ?
  • Thanks

Good idea. I registered it as Ticket #761

    2) reports (Ex: Work> Work synthesis per activity). Can choose to see or not activities closed.

Registered as Ticket #763 (low priority)

    3) When a new activity is entered with a view schedule (only during duplication), do not return to the activity view. To stay on schedule view.

Yes, good idea. I also get bored with quitting planning view 😉 => ticket #764

    4) Allow entering decimal data with a "." or "," transparently in Real Work Allocation view .

No, will be a mess : decimal format is managed through Dojo framework which uses locale to select decimal point. I already tried to force format, but then it is a mess with numeric validation by dojo (thouthand separator, decimal separator, ...)

    5) Restrict the calculation plannif activities project leaders but authorize them to see the schedule view.

ALready exists : just change the "calculation panning" rights in the "specific access mode" screen.

    6) in the base of action, add the notion of efficiency in the closing of the action (closed effective / not effective closed) to be compliant to EN9100

    Registered as ticket #765

    7) Allow to configure entry charges 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks in Real Work Allocation view .

Too complex compared to improvement. This would loss the "simplicity of screen, with all items displayed on the page (if not too many lines). Would also lead to performance issue : today with only one week, display can be long with many lines. Moreover, this would let to meet the PHP 5.3 max_input_vars limit.

8 ) Allow to use scroll view in the schedule to move up or down the list of activities.

ALready active, but only on the right side. Would be a good improvement to have it work on the left part, but I don't know how. If anyone knows how to manage scrolling on a div with no scrollbar...

    Error/Bug

    1) Management Planning: If multiple activities of the same priority no Planning?

No, this is not an issue. You can plan activities with same priorities. Then priority is the wbs (see detail on planning calculation in the online manual)

    2) Filter project does not work with the list of activities for the Real Work Allocation view ?

It is not an issue : even if mainly working on one project, resource must be able to enter work (and moreover see work already entered) on other projects.
