Today, if I good understand, when I affect a resource for a task a put a percentage of load for each resource. I prefere to think by : I have 3 days effort to do in 6 days (same than 50%). unfortunatly I can't modify the field duration and work and then as result the percentage of resource usage.
Could you open the access to the field of column "planned" to modify any think or add mean un assignement window to specify the percentage or the time.

Could you precise your request ?
The field planned is not the duration, planned=done+left (= re-estimated, maybe the term should be changed)
There is not notion of duration in the assignment.
The duration is stored on the activity.
So maybe you van use a "fixed duration" planning, set the validated duration (6d in your example) and set work in the assignement (to 3d in your example).
If it's not what you expect, please explain further.
Anyway, the "planned" field is always calculated, no way to open access to it (it should be overridden while storing value in database).

Because I'm a subcontractor and I'm making planning by "duration way" not real time work.
Is it possible with actual version?

You've got 3 fixed duration planning mode :
- regular between 2 dates
- regular in half days
- regular in full days
As an exemple, if you have 2 work days to plan in 10 days :
- regular between 2 dates : 0.2 days during 10 days
- regular in half days : 0; 0; 0.5; 0; 0,5; 0; 0; 0,5; 0; 0,5;
- regular in full days : 0; 0; 0; 0; 1; 0; 0; 0; 0; 1
