The possibility to create personalized Ticket types is great , it allows us to seamlessly match our clients' workflow.
One improvement : would it be possible to create "private" types, which are not visible by all projects by default ?
Currently if we want to add a new ticket type for one project, we need to change all existing projects to restrict the available types.
Having an option when creating a new type to make it public or private by default would be great !

Just define the restriction on Project Type or on Profile
