here is my proposition for the report "management of risks" (not sure of the translation, in french it's "plan de gestion des risques) :

When you don't choose any project there is no information of the rattachement's project of the risk. So if you're a decision maker and want to have a complete vue of all the risks it's not possible to understand easily which projet is concerned by which project. Adding the project's name in a column at the beginning of the chart would be great.
