In report/riskManagementPlan.php, change:
echo '' . i18n('colCause') . ' '; echo '' . i18n('colImpact') . ' ';
into
echo '' . i18n('colCause') . ' '; echo '' . i18n('colImpact') . ' '; echo '' . i18n('colMitigationPlan') . ' ';
And:
echo '' . ($risk->cause) . ' '; echo '' . ($risk->impact) . ' ';
into
echo '' . ($risk->cause) . ' '; echo '' . ($risk->impact) . ' '; echo '' . ($risk->mitigationPlan) . ' ';
Totally unrelated, but tickets 1051, 2451 and 2671 are the same.
