For a PMO, it is essential to manage the overload of work to analyse the compatibily of the project portfolio with the resource capacity and to propose different scenario

ProjeQtOr is not MS-Project.
ProjeQtOr does not (never !) generate overload for resources.
It will extend project.
It will not respond to anwser the question "how many days per day must work resources to finish on time ?" (which is MS-Project way of working) but ity will answer the question "when will we possibly finish with current capacity ?"
