Just one point : you’ll have to reinitialize your password. Use “Lost password” feature.
When we are on the activity, clic on advance Menu and clic on " Email detail of this activity"
write text on "message" field. and send this email...
the recipients receive the email but no message (the one previously added in the message field) appears in the body of the email.
in fact they received the detail of the activity without the message.

Do you use a template for mails ?

we do not use an email template...
I think the email is sending before record message, even than we check the case "save as a note", the note is not display on the email receive ... ??
Possibly there may be an issue with the message.
Do you use special characteres on the message ?
Can you try with very simple message (just few letters) ?
I just test:
send by mail an activity, with "test" on message box:
first link picture is on send emails menu of projeqtor
second link picture is on Outlook mail received.
the message display on first but not display on second ...
have you an idea about this issue ?

I could reproduce on one Test instance (could not reproduce on Dev instance).
