When I try downloading projector through the menu "Product" --> Downloads, I'm getting an error which is shown below.
This site can’t provide a secure connection
excellmedia.dl.sourceforge.net sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
The screenshot is attached along with this.

It seems yhou are using a non stable version of browser (possibly Chrome ?)
Try upgrading browser or download with another browser.
