Can you post print screen of your menu and content of table Menu ?

And most important : can you check the lang.js file you updated ?
It must be UTF-8 encoded and display correctly your characters.

For information, Russian translation works fine with cyrilic letter.
So menu can use UNICODE.

I use the "pt" column as Chinese and try translate some lines into Chinese.
As you told me, I checked my Lang.js file in the folder, it looks like this:

targetValue: "target value",
Team: "Team",
Term: "Term",
TestCase: "???嬚??????",
TestCaseRun: "Test case run",
TestCaseType: "Test cases type",
TestSession: "Test session",
TestSessionType: "Test sessions type",
themeBlue: "dark blue",

for the [ TestCase: "???嬚??????", ] , should be [ TestCase: "测试样例",]
