I have found that there is no way to create new Context Type or modify Items inside.
Is it how it suppose to be?

There are only three possible context type.
It's because of GUI (see Ticket screen).
The request was to have 1 context (environment); I choose to be able to set 3 and have then configurable...
So for context type you can just change the name, to dealk with something else (I initialized context types for IT projects, it canbe modified to fit any kind of project).
Each context type correspond to a list of values (a combobox) that can be selected on the item.
The list can be changed in Context screen (in Environmental Parameters, before calendar menu).
