Hi there 🙂
If "Document" module is enabled, i can see "Decision to approve" on my today screen, if i set "Document to approve" on :
when i turn off "Document" module, it disappear, and i can no longer see Decision approval on the today screen.
Maybe you can rename "Document to approve" to "Element to approve" and keep doc+decision in the same "widget"
or create a "Decision to approve" option and have a separate one, even if Document module is turned off.
