I am trying to edit the hours in the Real Time Allocation and I keep receiving the same error message

There is no bad network connection as all our other databases and programs work without a problem.

Please post log file of projeqtor.
But you're probably facing "max_input_vars" issue.
Try and increase this value in php.ini
