When a ressource try to enter some real work it send an error and on log file it's write:

When I try to enter real work in my account everything it's ok.
when I try to enter real work for the ressource who have this problem with my account it's OK
problem it's only when the ressource is logged with his account.

It is the max_input_vars issue...
Increase value for this parameter in php.ini
