It seems to be an error in charges report with administrative projects.
We use an admiistrative project with 4 tasks to keep trace of oput-of-project activity.
When you record some real work on administrative project, it doesn't appear in report, then it seems that resources doesn't do anything when they are in collaborative tasks for exemple.

Could you precise when you write "it doesn't appear in report", which report are you dealing with ?

In Work - work monthly (but the same on weekly or yearly), only real work on project are reported, real work allocation on administrative project is not included.
In Planning - monthly availability for resource, it doesn't appear anymore, then resource seems to be available...

Hi,
Your report "Work - work monthly" is limitted to "ASM" Project.
So it won't show Data from other projects, administrative or not.
I just reproduces, with imputation :
Report "Work - work monthly", gives by default what you get if you select ASM Project:
and expected result if you select none
What may be confusing, is that project parameter is automatically set as project you selected in Project Selector (top left field).
What is strange is that "Availability" report should not display limited values, whatever you select as Project in project selector, and as Team in Report parameters.
I tried to reproduce your issue, but could not : for me, report is correct.
Could you check that you always reproiduce this issue, and if so, give mire information about projects concerned ?
