Your issues (I identified 2 in your log) are strange.
It looks like you're using V1.9 Database with V2.0 code.

If you updated to V2.0, you must disconnect and reconnect as admin to update the database.
If you did so, you should try to upgrade again : update table parameter, line with parameterCode="dbVersion", set parametertValue="1.9.1".
Then disconnect and reconnect.
Check log file and send me any error.
Try real work allocation screen, check log file and send me any error.

Can you have a test :
- Download the file here : http://projectorria.toolware.fr/files/temp/ImputationLine.php.txt
- Rename it as ImputationLine.php (without .txt)
- Paste it in /model directory (replacing existing)
- Test again
- Get log file errors.
- Post result here

this problem occurs only for somes guys, i notice also a problem on retreive imputation on past week, i need change parameter on daily imputation for retreive correct display.

This logged error is not linked to validation isssue : I had these logs without any validation error.
(these log isses are fixed in V2.1)

Have a look at your apache configuration :
maxParameterCount
maxPostSize
To be sure you may first set these value to 0 (zero = no limit), then try to set best value.

Do you mean post_max_size in PHP.ini ?

I guess the issue is not from php config : you would have a PHP error, clearly logged in log file.
You must look for maxPostSize in httpd.conf, the apache config file.
