I'm trying to install Project'Or RIA on my linux local web server, and I mapped a virtual host with project.myserver.lan
I get the first configuration page, but when I click on OK nothing happen!
No error, no warning, no log in /var/log into the server
I tried to trace it with firebug, but nothing were detected...
Same behaviour both on
http://project.myserver.lan
and
http://192.168.1.250/projectorria
- Projec'Or RIA 2.5.1
- Debian 6.0.2
- Apache 2.2.16
- php 5.3.3-7
- mysql 5.1.63
Some hints? Where I can looking for to hunt the bug?

This issue is only with 2.5.1 version
Now I've installed successfully 2.4.3
Very strange you could deploy V2.4.3 and not V2.5.1 : no change occured on configuration on V2.5.
Can you try to deploy V2.5.1 over V2.4.3 ?
Can you check :
- access rights to directory where you defined log file (default is /files/logs)
- access rights to directory where you defined parameter file (default is /files/config)
- access rights to directory /tool (new file is written on configuration)
I double checked permission files
Both of them (2.4.3 and 2.5.1) was installed with
# chown www-data:www-data -R /var/www/projectorria
Now I have installed 2.4.3, how can I upgrade to 2.5.1? Can I simple overwrite /var/www/projectorria directory?
Yes, just overwrite the application directory.
Then connect as admin : upgrade process (database updates) is automatic.

Version 2.5.1: "OK" button does not work during a first installation under Windows XP as well.
- Test with Xampp1.7.7: KO
- Test with Xampp1.8.0: KO

Issue confirmed :
- Installation possible without issue on V2.4.x
- Issue on V2.5.x
I'll inveestigate.
Workaround : install V2.4.3.
Then upgrade to V2.5.1.
The issue has been fixed on V2.5.2, that has just been deployed.
If you try to install a brand new instance of Project'Or RIA, get this version.
If you are already running a previous version (V2.4.x or V2.5.1), this fix is no use for you.
