[#1457]

Hello,

It seems that I have a similar issue as described recently on this forum, but with the 3.4.4, not the 4.0.1.

I just uploaded the files of the 3.4.4, and when I try to login to update the software, nothing hapens in Firefox, and in Chromium I have an error message "An error as occured", but nothing more.

If I try to use the Console into Firefox, I see something strange (confirmed by what I see in the url) :

Le formulaire spécifie l'encodage multipart/form-data, mais ne spécifie pas la méthode POST. L'envoi sera plutôt effectué avec la méthode GET et sans spécifier d'encodage.

Could you help me ? What other stuff do you need for this ?

Thank you very much.

This issue appears with WAMP Server.
It it your PHP Server ?

If so, fix will soon be deployed on V4.0.2

If you need a fix for V3.4.4, you can download attached file and unzip in in /tool folder.

Thank you very much.

I upladed the file, emptied browser's history, and tried to reconnect.

The "Get" issue has been solved, thank you.

I do not have a xamp server as it is not locally installed (And I think that the servers of my provider are linux servers).

I now have "an error has occured", without more information, and nothing in the Console. I think I will have to have a look at the Apache logs. I will be able to check the real error message tomorrow (The provider gives the logs once a day).

Hi,

The more likely about the error is an access right on folders where the tool tries to write files.
You may check this with the logs.

Hi,

Thank you.

I checked, and have nothing there this morning : /var/log/apache2.
Strange, because I checked the logs for the subdomain where projeqtor has been installed.

For the right issue, it may be strange too, because I copied the new files at the same place where the old ones were (As I usualy do).
Folders have : drwxr-xr-x

I wonder where to check now... I'll see if I have to activate the logs for the main domain (if possible...).
