I have enclosed 2 images - one from Chrome and another from Firefox. In Firefox all the menu images is Ok but in Chrome they are corrupted (highlighted in red) - version 4.5.5

Can you please clean browser cache for images (using parameter functionality to clean images) ?
Can you check if you have some zoom activated ? (sometimes weird behaviour happens when zoom is activated, but I mostely saw this on FF, not on Chrome)
Can you check in Filter names : do you have special characters in filter names, especialy quotes or double-quotes ?
