Hello, I try to install projeqtor : everything goes well until I click in the localhost => when I click in localhost/Wampserver on "projeqtorV9.5.4" a message "about:blank

This seem to be a misconfiguration of your Wamp.
Try and directly type url in the browser : http://localhost/projeqtorV9.5.4
