Using 8.3.2
I created new status (Hold On, In Progress, etc) and closed many others few weeks ago.
Now, when trying to create kanban columns based on status, I got the full list of status (including closed ones) but the ones created for me did not appeared. So I was not able to create the colum by chosing my new status. When trying from another computer, the list now included the new status created previously. A kind of old cookies? cached files?
It would be great to have only the operative status when creating a kanban column based on status. And to avoid the full list to preclude mistakes.

Have you defined the rights of these new statuses in your workflow?
Indeed, seeing the statutes closed is an error, it should not be possible. We will resolve this problem.
If you want to continue using version 8.3 of projeqtor, I advise you to go to 8.3.6 you will have less errors or if not to directly go to our last version 8.4.2.

Best workaround :
1) reopen the statuses
2) remove thses status from all existing workflows
3) reclose the statuses.
We'll ass a control to hide closed statuses even if used in a workflow.
